If I am using a credit card, I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
I am at least eighteen years old. I am not, nor am I making this contribution on behalf of, a corporation, labor organization, national bank, foreign national without a green card, a federal contractor, or any other federally impermissible source.
Contributors must give their name and address. If contributing more than $200 in a calendar year, a contributor must also list his or her occupation, if any.
Contribution Limit
Under state law, the limit on an individual’s contributions to a candidate for Mayor is determined by a formula based on population. For the City of Brookfield, the limit on an individual’s contributions to a candidate for Mayor is currently $829.28 per campaign period. As an incumbent candidate, the campaign period for Steve Ponto began on April 18, 2022 (the day his current term began) and runs through April 18, 2026. All contributions made by a contributor to the Ponto for Brookfield Mayor Committee during that campaign period count toward the $829.28 limit.
